Leaders Link provides support to International Development Organizations in various capacities such as:

1.Value Chain Mapping And Analysis – a systemic economic model of the business transactions, in which a value-added product is conceived and passed on from primary producers to end consumers in order to access the market. It is a business promotion approach to improve sectoral competitiveness analyzing the sequence of related business activities (functions) from the provision of specific inputs for a particular product to primary production, processing, marketing & up to the final sale to consumers.
Leaders Link consultants are equipped with the tools and approaches to conduct value chain mapping and analysis. The consultants bring in fresh perspective in the study while maximizing the implicit knowledge of the stakeholders.

2.Local and Regional Economic Development – The program aims to promote competitive capacity and spur economic growth by systematically drawing public and private actors into planning and implementing of projects and initiatives in addressing the economic promotion of a region. Through LRED, the actors are motivated to set mutual goals and to work for positive changes in their economic sector. One-year plans were drawn up and implemented in close cooperation between the state and private sector.
Leaders Link has the experience in the Training of LRED Facilitators and Management and Moderation of the LRED process from the Sensitization workshop, Focus Group Discussions and Planning Workshops. The Consultants are also trained to conduct Compass, a monitoring and replanning tool.

3.Export Marketing – Making the export sectors globally competitive and opening the SMEs to more market sustaining their economic growth and stability. Leaders Link Consultants are helping MSMEs enter the export market through simplified scientific approaches such as Market Research and Analysis, Company Audit, Export Audit and development of Export Marketing Plan for a sector or an individual company.

4.Facilitation and Moderation - Leaders Link has an active pool of experienced Professional, facilitators and moderators who have worked with international development organizations, national government agencies, local government units, non-government organizations, associations and private institutions. The consultants have designed, managed and moderated such workshops as strategic planning, operational planning, harmonization workshop, national dialogues, and national convention.

GIZ - German International Organization
Leaders Link had been partnering with international development organizations, national government agencies and sector associations since 2005 starting with the German International Organization or GIZ (formerly GTZ). Leaders Link consultants have been trained and given advanced exposures by GIZ on various local economic development approaches and tools and as an acknowledged Business Development Service (BDS) provider, was engaged for various projects such as LRED Training of Facilitators, LRED Sensitization and Planning workshops and Moderation of various strategic and operational planning workshops. Part of the GTZ DP team on the Business Permit and Licensing system study doing key informant interviews and workshop moderation.

CBI-Netherlands
In cooperation with PhilExport – Cebu, Leaders Link Consultants have been accredited as a Local Export Expert (LEE) helping exporters enter the European market. With a team, the Consultants/LEEs worked with the Cebu Creative Sector composed of the Gifts, Toys and Housewares (GTH), Fashion Accessories Manufacturers and Exporters (FAME), and Cebu Furniture Industries Foundation (CFIF) conducting market research and analysis training, and facilitating the development of the sector export marketing plan.

LGSP-LED
A team of Leaders Link Consultants conducted a 6-month value chain mapping and analysis study for the LGSP LED or the Local Government Support Program for Local Economic Development. This is a capacity development program funded by the Government of Canada through the Canadian International Development Agency or CIDA in collaboration with the Government of the Philippines. The Value chain study focused on the mango and cassava industries of DDPKaRoMa Alliance Peninsula composed of two cities and four municipalities in Mindanao.

Sequa / AFOS
Our consultants have moderated workshops for the AFOS or Foundation for Entrepreneurial Development Cooperation of Germany. In cooperation with the Cebu Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI), they sponsored a program called the We Can Visayas and Caraga Region or “Working for the Enhancement of the Chamber & Association Network”.

1. Acted as co-trainer of Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) Training of Facilitators on Participatory Project Management System with participants from Laos, Indonesia, USA, Fiji Islands, Afghanistan, Nepal, and Pakistan.
2. Designed, managed and moderated consultation workshops for the South East Asian Ministers of Education Organization (SEAMEO-INNOTECH).
3. Moderated FGD sessions in the Visayas for the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) on the most Business Friendly LGU Awards.
4. Facilitated a Scenario Planning workshop for the Cebu City Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CCCI).
5. With the National Economic Development Agency (NEDA), designed, managed and moderated the First National Convention of Regional Development Council-Private Sector Representatives.
6. Facilitated the Philexport, Regional Export Development Plan Consultation & Forum.
7. Facilitated for Region 7, the PSMEDC- Pearl 2 project of countrywide Harmonization of the National and Local SME Development Plans as led by the Bureau of Small and Medium Enterprise Development (BSMED), as Secretariat to the Small and Medium Enterprise Development Council (SMEDC).
